I am so happy to have you here sharing this space with me on Bronxinit.food.blog. My name is Lottoi Campbell-Crespo. I was born in Kingston, Jamaica West Indies but I am now living in Bronx, New York.
I am a mom to a 10 year old son and also a wife. I started my culinary career at 16 years old working in restaurants -fine dining, boutique, fast food. I possess a Bachelors Degree in Food Service Management from University of Technology, Jamaica and a Masters in Business Management from Utica University.

What I Do
I presently hold 2 food service management level jobs in the health care sector. My strength is enhancing processes, forecasting, budgeting and the hallmark of it all, which is efficient and effective customer service.
